Key responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Manage guest orders efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, and perform quality control and inventory checks.
• Inspect all preparations and plates before service to guarantee presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace while following food‑handling and safety protocols.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol‑awareness regulations.
