Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items following exact recipes and quality standards.
• Manage guest orders efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Execute complex recipes, oversee station operations, and conduct quality and inventory checks.
• Inspect plates before service to guarantee presentation and taste standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and manage inventory needs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
