About the role
Atlantis The Royal is seeking motivated Commis Chef candidates to join its world‑class culinary division. This is a full‑time, on‑site position where you will learn from award‑winning chefs and develop your skills across a variety of dining concepts.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare mise en place for fine‑dining, buffet and casual venues.
- Set up and maintain food equipment and workstations.
- Assist chefs with food preparation and plating.
- Ensure hygiene standards (HACCP) are consistently met.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years experience in a high‑end F&B outlet or international hotel.
- Solid knowledge of basic food preparation, presentation and preservation.
- Understanding of hygiene and safety procedures.
