Commis I – Cold Kitchen

About the role

We are looking for a Commis I to join the Cold Kitchen team at Radisson Dubai Damac Hills. The role supports the culinary team with creativity, a strong desire to learn and a passion for gastronomy.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department and ensure high‑quality guest dining experiences.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maximise guest satisfaction and respond promptly to enquiries and issues.
• Take ownership of assigned duties, delivering work in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in achieving departmental plans, cost control and inventory management.
• Maintain effective relationships while promoting company culture and compliance with legislation.

Required profile

• Prior kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of tasks.
• Personal integrity and willingness to work in a high‑excellence environment.
