About the role
We are seeking a seasonal Commis I – Italian Cuisine to join our culinary team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai. You will report directly to the Chef de Partie and work within a high‑end, five‑star kitchen environment that values creativity, precision and guest satisfaction. The role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of kitchen production and presentation while preparing all mise en place before service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain top‑quality kitchen production and presentation throughout service.
- Prepare and organise all mise en place accurately prior to each service.
- Assist the Chef de Partie with daily prep and support the service team as needed.
Required profile
- 1–2 years experience as a Commis Chef in upscale luxury hospitality or five‑star hotels.
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills in English and willingness to work flexible hours.
