About the role

Join the Wavebreaker Kitchen team at Hilton in Dubai as a Commis III, where you will contribute to delivering high‑quality dishes and exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Manage guest orders efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, and perform quality control and inventory checks.
• Inspect and finalize plates to meet presentation standards before service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, following food handling and safety protocols.
• Prepare requisitions and manage inventory of supplies and food items.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
