Commis – Japanese Restaurant – Dubai

About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Commis to join the KIGO team at Four Seasons DIFC in Dubai. The role supports the kitchen operations of a high‑end Japanese restaurant, ensuring smooth service and maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Assist chefs with food preparation, portioning, and plating.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station and kitchen areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Support inventory management by restocking ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within a high‑end Japanese restaurant concept.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

• Fluent Japanese language proficiency.
• Fluent English language proficiency.
