Commission-Based Off-Plan Property Consultant (Multiple Languages)

About the role

Property Shop Investment is expanding its elite sales team on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. The company seeks dynamic, commission‑driven consultants to market off‑plan luxury properties to an international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads from pre‑qualified sources provided by the firm.
• Present off‑plan projects to high‑net‑worth clients in multiple languages.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while adhering to company policies.
• Participate in international property roadshows and networking events.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Fluent in at least one of the following languages: Russian, Chinese, Italian, French, Spanish or Arabic.
• Proven experience in luxury real‑estate sales or high‑value consultancy.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and obtain a UAE work visa.

Required skills

• Official real‑estate broker license (or ability to obtain one).
