Commissioning Manager

About the role

Worley is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning activities for large‑scale projects in Abu Dhabi. The role oversees the transition from FEED through EPC completion, ensuring that all systems are ready for safe and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership to PMC and contractor commissioning teams from FEED to EPC handover.
• Plan, direct and supervise all pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities, including mechanical completion and performance testing.
• Review and approve post‑commissioning scenarios, operation procedures, and maintenance plans.
• Manage CARs and NCRs, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
• Coordinate with PMT/PMC, maintenance, engineering and other departments on technical matters.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project budget and schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading commissioning teams on complex industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of EPC processes and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to supervise multidisciplinary personnel and external contractors.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for technical constraints related to plant operation.
