Community Officer (UAE)

About the role

The Community Officer will build, activate, and sustain a vibrant entrepreneurial community within Flat6Labs' partner‑operated campus in Abu Dhabi. Acting as the connective tissue between founders, partners, service providers, and program teams, you will ensure the campus remains lively, relevant, and delivers tangible value to its members.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a year‑round calendar of engagement activities such as networking sessions, founder meetups, office hours, fireside chats, workshops, and demo days.
• Lead onboarding and welcome sessions for new founders, tenants, and visitors to ensure smooth integration.
• Maintain regular engagement with community members to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Capture feedback and insights to inform programming decisions and improve the overall campus experience.
• Support the delivery of in‑house and partner‑led programs through coordination, logistics, and on‑site execution.
• Act as the primary on‑site point of contact for participants, mentors, speakers, and partners during events.
• Track attendance, engagement levels, and participant feedback, ensuring programs meet quality standards and strategic objectives.

Required profile

• UAE national (in line with Emiratization objectives).
• Minimum 12 months of experience in community engagement, event coordination, or related fields.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
