Community & Outreach Manager – Padel Clubs

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing professional to build and nurture thriving player communities across several padel club locations in Dubai and Sharjah. The role focuses on increasing off‑peak court utilisation by creating recurring groups rather than one‑off events, ensuring players return week after week.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage and grow 6–8 recurring player communities across multiple clubs, establishing a fixed day, time slot, WhatsApp group and dedicated host.
• Personally attend and host sessions such as Ladies' Morning Sessions, Beginners' Socials, Corporate Leagues, Over‑40s Groups, Junior Programs and Mixed Americano Sessions.
• Recruit new players through schools, residential communities, corporate organisations, gyms, malls and local networks, converting trial participants into regular members.
• Maintain a comprehensive player database covering attendance, playing level, contact details and communication history.
• Plan and execute a monthly calendar of community activities, including social mixers, Americano tournaments, mini‑leagues and club tournaments.
• Coordinate with coaching staff to generate coaching opportunities and additional revenue.
• Provide player stories, event highlights and photos to the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
• Prepare weekly performance reports on sessions, attendance, new registrations, repeat participation, revenue and off‑peak court occupancy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in community management, events, sports‑club operations, hospitality or membership sales.
• Outgoing, energetic and confident when interacting with new people and hosting groups.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with padel or other racket sports is highly preferred; playing experience is a plus.
