Complex Revenue Executive – Hotel Revenue Management

About the role

The Complex Revenue Executive supports the Revenue Management team in maximizing room revenue across the Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina cluster. The role combines data analysis, system maintenance and collaboration with hotel properties to drive profitable inventory decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing rooms inventory to maximize cluster revenue while ensuring data accuracy and supporting automation in the reservation system.
• Prepare competitive analysis and supporting documents for presentation at market sales‑strategy meetings.
• Manage room authorizations, rates and restrictions, and communicate rate strategies to all properties.
• Perform month‑end revenue‑management reporting, auditing and provide forward‑looking forecasts to identify target areas.
• Generate, process and update property and market revenue‑management reports, serving as the primary source for analytical needs.
• Maintain the reservation system by inputting rate hurdles, monitoring forecasted demand, updating group forecasts and running daily system checks.
• Train new associates on revenue‑management tools and assist with implementation of hotel sales strategies in the reservation system.
• Follow all company policies, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Provide courteous guest interactions, answer telephone calls with proper etiquette and support a professional workplace environment.

Required profile

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience in revenue or hospitality operations.
• No supervisory experience required.
