Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Maples Group is seeking a Dubai‑based Compliance Analyst to join its Compliance Team. Reporting to the Compliance Officer, you will support routine Know‑Your‑Customer (KYC) activities and help maintain the firm’s high compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice, assistance and guidance for routine KYC activities and act as a knowledge resource.
• Review KYC documentation, follow‑up requests and ensure efficient collection of required information.
• Identify, assess and, where possible, resolve KYC issues that require escalation.
• Monitor the quality of KYC materials, report trends to the Head of Compliance and help keep non‑compliant percentages within acceptable limits.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of relevant KYC experience.
• Ability to work under pressure, flexible, self‑motivated and a strong sense of responsibility.
• High ethical standards and autonomy.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
