Compliance, Safety & Sustainability Internship (Masar)

About the role

This 12‑week Masar internship offers hands‑on exposure to flydubai’s Compliance, Safety and Sustainability department. Interns rotate across key functions such as Airworthiness Safety, Environmental Affairs, Health & Safety, Business Continuity and Emergency Response, gaining practical knowledge of aviation safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist team members with daily tasks, projects and departmental initiatives.
• Conduct basic research, gather data and perform analysis to support compliance and safety objectives.
• Prepare, update and maintain documentation, reports, presentations and trackers.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions and briefings, capturing key actions and learnings.
• Follow company policies, procedures, safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle company information responsibly.
• Deliver a final presentation summarising department overview, key learnings and improvement ideas.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong willingness to learn, professional attitude and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 applications.
