Global Intelligence Advisor

About the role

Salesforce is seeking an experienced and highly‑motivated Global Intelligence Advisor to lead its physical security operations in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The role combines operational leadership with intelligence analysis to protect employees, contractors and guests while supporting the company’s global risk network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a high‑performing team of security professionals, championing Salesforce values.
• Gather internal security requirements, produce timely briefs and early escalations for senior leadership and external audiences.
• Design visual representations of intelligence activities, including stakeholder maps and infographics.
• Integrate solutions using the Salesforce platform within the global risk and intelligence portfolio.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging threats, trends and technologies across government, academia and industry.
• Serve as the Physical Security Operations SME for the assigned area, overseeing access control, guard force staffing and enterprise risk management policies.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to address product abuse issues and refine related processes.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in security or intelligence operations.
• Ability to build strong internal and external partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills for briefing senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate regional threats into actionable global insights.
