Computer Science Teacher (ICT) – Start Jan 2027

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a Computer Science (ICT) Teacher to join its network of schools at the start of Term 2 in January 2027. The role involves delivering inclusive, innovative learning experiences that inspire and empower students across the Abu Dhabi community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging ICT and Computer Science lessons that inspire student achievement.
• Plan and prepare curriculum‑aligned sessions for a full ability range.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and support staff to enhance student outcomes.
• Assess student progress using Target Tracker and provide feedback at parent‑teacher meetings.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school policy and act as a positive role model.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably with learners for whom English is an additional language.
• Passion for whole‑child education and involvement in extra‑curricular activities.
• Clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service or police check.
