Concierge Agent – Russian, Italian & Spanish Speakers

About the role

The Concierge Agent at W Residences in Dubai provides personalized guest services, handling special requests and ensuring a memorable stay. The role requires fluency in Russian, Italian and Spanish to assist international guests with a range of needs.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for transportation, reservations, dry‑cleaning and other special services.
• Gather and provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, events and activities.
• Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
• Monitor club lounge seating, service quality, safety and guest well‑being.
• Maintain shift logs, document pertinent information and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Uphold company policies, professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Russian, Italian and Spanish, with strong English communication skills.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Customer‑focused attitude, able to anticipate and address guest needs.
