Concierge Internship – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the Concierge team at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai as an intern and experience five‑star guest service in a world‑class luxury resort. You will work closely with experienced concierges to learn how to anticipate and fulfill the unique needs of high‑end travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Create focused conversations with guests to identify personal preferences and tailor recommendations.
• Provide clear directions and travel advice for guests leaving the hotel.
• Record all guest requests, reservations and confirmations in the concierge software.
• Communicate important details to management and other departments regarding events and resources.
• Assist guests in booking sightseeing, shopping, cultural activities, airline flights, restaurants, bars, clubs and limousine transportation.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about hospitality and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the hotel.
• Attention to detail and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using concierge or reservation software (specific platform not required).
