About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead on‑site activities in Dubai. The role involves coordinating daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget while upholding high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily on‑site operations.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor progress against schedules and deadlines.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and plans accurately.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Resolve on‑site issues and delays promptly.
• Maintain accurate project status records and reports.
• Ensure efficient use and availability of materials, tools, and equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Foreman or similar role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
