Construction Helper – Al Ain

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Helper to support our construction and marine projects in Al Ain. The role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, maintaining tools and equipment, and helping ensure a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up tools, equipment, and materials at work sites.
• Assist carpenters, fitters, masons and other team members as required.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and basic machinery.
• Support the storekeeper in organizing and managing material stock.
• Clean and organize tools, equipment and work areas after each shift.
• Work in various environments, including near shorelines and confined spaces, while adhering to safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of construction or marine‑related experience in the UAE (overall 5 years in a similar field).
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow safety protocols.
• Good organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean work area.
• Basic English language skills for effective communication.
• Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and environments.
