Construction Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our construction projects in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering high‑impact bridge, steel structure and infrastructure projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution of construction projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Manage construction teams, coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and conduct regular site inspections.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, perform critical‑path analysis and proactively address delays.
• Develop and control project budgets, track expenditures and implement cost‑control measures.
• Prepare progress reports, payment certifications, quantity measurements and claims documentation for client review.
• Handle contract administration, review specifications, interpret contract requirements and manage change orders.
• Obtain permits, approvals and inspections from clients, government agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations on all sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 + years of hands‑on construction management experience on commercial, residential or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in contract administration, construction administration or resident engineer roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, engineering specifications and UAE building codes.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to conduct frequent site visits.
