Construction Manager – High‑Rise Projects (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead high‑rise building projects in Dubai. The role requires immediate availability and a proven track record of delivering complex, high‑rise developments on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all on‑site construction activities, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met.
• Lead construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers, fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.
• Track project budgets, prepare cost estimates and adjust plans to avoid overruns.
• Develop and manage detailed construction schedules, monitoring milestones and adjusting timelines as needed.
• Maintain quality control through inspections, material verification and site assessments.
• Enforce health and safety protocols in compliance with Dubai regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, architects and engineers, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Identify and resolve on‑site challenges to keep projects progressing smoothly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of construction management experience, including at least 5 years on high‑rise projects in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees and other regulatory authorities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
