Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of high‑quality residential, commercial and mixed‑use developments across the UAE. The successful candidate will join a growing team and be responsible for overseeing projects from inception through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site teams and coordinate daily activities with consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Manage the execution of residential, commercial, high‑rise, villa and mixed‑use projects.
• Oversee project planning, safety, quality assurance and client communication.
• Ensure compliance with construction methodologies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10–20 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.
• Proven track record of delivering projects from inception to handover.
• Experience in the GCC/UAE market is highly preferred.
• Immediate availability or short notice period.
