Construction Supervisor – Electrical & Instrumentation

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to lead on‑site activities for an ADNOC on‑shore project in Abu Dhabi. The role reports to the PMC team and ensures that all construction work complies with client standards, safety regulations and project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all E&I construction activities performed by EPC contractors.
• Monitor compliance with ADNOC standards, approved drawings, HSE requirements and quality procedures.
• Track progress against the project schedule and report deviations to the PMC team.
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of works on the on‑shore site.
• Act as the PMC representative on‑site, facilitating communication between contractors and client.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in oil and gas construction, specifically in Electrical & Instrumentation.
• Proven track record supervising EPC contractors on large‑scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, HSE regulations and quality management.
• Ability to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi for the duration of the contract.
