About the role

As a Consult Partner in Kyndryl’s fast‑growing Consult team, you will design and deliver innovative technology and business solutions for our largest accounts, shaping the future of our consulting practice.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by securing signings, managing margins and expanding the backlog.
• Build and maintain deep CXO‑level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and leading C‑level engagements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through complex consulting projects, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Define scope, negotiate fees and manage risk to guarantee profitable delivery.
• Contribute to Kyndryl’s strategic initiatives, thought leadership and brand presence in the industry.

Required profile

• Extensive experience engaging senior executives and managing CXO relationships.
• Proven track record leading complex, multidisciplinary consulting projects.
• Strong financial acumen with experience driving revenue growth and margin management.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate, drive change and influence strategic direction.
