About the role

SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Consultant Anesthesiologist to join leading healthcare institutions in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver safe, patient‑centred anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre‑operative assessments and risk evaluations.
• Design and implement individualized anesthesia plans using general, regional, and local techniques.
• Administer anesthesia and continuously monitor patients throughout procedures.
• Provide postoperative pain management and support patient recovery.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and manage anesthesia‑related complications.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of anesthesiology advancements and adhere to safety and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Medical degree with certification from the American Board of Anesthesiology, UK CCT, or an equivalent Western qualification.
• Valid license to practice as a Consultant Anesthesiologist in the UAE.
• Proven experience in a reputable healthcare setting delivering anesthesia care.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
