Consultant Oncology & Hematology

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Consultant in Oncology & Hematology to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The role involves delivering comprehensive care for patients with solid tumours and haematological disorders while working within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of oncological and haematological conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that may include chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy and supportive care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumour boards and collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists and other specialists.
• Provide follow‑up care, monitor treatment response and manage treatment‑related complications.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement and evidence‑based practice.

Required profile

• Medical degree with a recognised postgraduate qualification in Oncology, Haematology or a related specialty.
• Valid DHA eligibility or licence, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Consultant‑level clinical experience in oncology/haematology.
• Strong knowledge of current treatment protocols and excellent communication skills.
