About the role

A leading internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its oral and maxillofacial surgical services. The Consultant Oral Surgeon will join a modern, quality‑driven clinical team serving a diverse international patient population. This role offers advanced surgical exposure and career advancement in a high‑end environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients requiring oral and maxillofacial surgical care.
• Perform complex extractions, implant‑related surgery, bone grafting and other procedures within scope.
• Manage impacted teeth, oral infections, cysts, benign lesions and related surgical conditions.
• Conduct pre‑operative assessments, obtain informed consent, and provide peri‑operative and follow‑up care.
• Collaborate with dental and medical specialties such as orthodontics, prosthodontics, periodontics, ENT and oncology.
• Handle surgical complications, emergency care and post‑operative management.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, service development and quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Internationally trained Consultant Oral Surgeon with a recognised specialist qualification.
• Qualifications may include American Board, UK CCT/FRCS, European Board, Royal College (Canada), or Australian FRACDS/FRACS.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary, patient‑centred environment.
• Commitment to international healthcare standards and continuous professional development.
