Content Lead – Founder‑Facing Content Strategy

About the role

Paires is seeking a founding Content Lead to own every public touchpoint of the brand. You will shape the narrative that founders and investors encounter, from social feeds to AI‑generated search results, driving awareness and pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the content strategy across LinkedIn and X, creating hooks, posts, and scripts.
• Produce and host podcasts and interviews with founders and investors, from concept to publication.
• Build and maintain AI‑citable assets such as answer pages, comparison pages, and a newsroom.
• Pitch and secure earned media placements in trade press, newsletters, and podcasts.
• Ensure a consistent, canonical company story across all platforms and track share‑of‑voice in AI answers and search.
• Measure audience and inbound growth against pipeline metrics, not vanity numbers.

Required profile

• Deep immersion in the startup and VC ecosystem, active daily on LinkedIn and X.
• Proven track record of growing an audience or brand with measurable results.
• Hands‑on creator mindset: able to write hooks, posts, scripts, and build pages yourself.
• Curiosity about how AI assistants select citations and experience engineering content for AI reference.
• Ability to analyse performance data, explain successes and iterate on failures.
