Content, PR & Digital Campaigns Specialist

About the role

Knight Frank’s Prime Residential team is seeking a Content, PR & Digital Campaigns Specialist to elevate the brand’s visibility and market positioning. You will work closely with residential agents, senior leadership, and the wider Marketing & Communications team to translate property insights, market data, and business achievements into compelling content and integrated digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Prime Residential content strategy, writing property narratives, editorial pieces, web copy, email newsletters, and campaign messaging.
• Support PR activities by identifying media opportunities, drafting press releases, coordinating spokesperson briefings, and managing media relationships.
• Plan, brief and coordinate integrated digital campaigns across web, email, paid, and social channels, ensuring consistent messaging and timely delivery.
• Maintain editorial calendars, campaign schedules, and approval workflows.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, produce reports, and optimise content based on insights.

Required profile

• Strong editorial judgement with excellent writing and proofreading skills.
• Experience in real estate, luxury, professional services, hospitality or another premium consumer‑facing sector.
• Ability to translate research, data and market intelligence into engaging narratives.
• Comfortable moving between storytelling, thought leadership, PR opportunities and campaign execution while upholding brand standards.
