Contracts Administrator (Water Projects) – Dubai, UAE

About the role

We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to support EPC water projects across the MENA region, based in Dubai. The role will manage commercial and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance and supporting successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Administer contracts from inception to close‑out for water‑related EPC projects.
• Support negotiation of terms, manage variations, claims and payment schedules.
• Maintain accurate contract files, track milestones, KPIs and project progress.
• Liaise with project management, engineering and procurement teams to resolve contract issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify commercial risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular reports and attend client meetings as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Contract Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience in EPC project environments, preferably within the MENA region.
• Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple contracts/projects simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
