Contracts and Registration Executive

About the role

The Contracts and Registration Executive is responsible for the end‑to‑end administration of real‑estate contracts and related government registrations in Dubai. The role acts as the company’s representative before the Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA and other authorities, ensuring compliance and accurate record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Sales & Purchase Agreements, including drafting support, issuance, amendments, renewals, terminations and closures.
• Coordinate contract execution with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Legal, Registration and Property Management.
• Maintain audit‑ready contract documentation through version control, tracking systems and proper archiving.
• Represent the company before DLD, RERA, Trustee Offices and other government bodies for contract, registration, escrow and compliance matters.
• Handle Oqood registrations, amendments, transfers and cancellations, and support Title Deed registration processes.
• Oversee the complete Ejari process via the Ejari Portal, including registrations, renewals and cancellations.
• Coordinate Noqodi payment processes for real‑estate transactions, managing top‑ups, payment references and reconciliation documentation.
• Manage termination cycles for defaulting units in line with UAE real‑estate regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate contract administration and government registration processes in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of DLD, RERA, Oqood, Ejari and Noqodi procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain comprehensive compliance records.
• Effective coordination skills across multiple internal departments and external authorities.
