Contracts Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join Dubai Holding Real Estate, overseeing contract administration, procurement and cost control for our development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation of budgetary cost estimates and order‑of‑magnitude costs.
• Manage procurement processes, issue inquiries and prepare bid summaries.
• Provide contractual and procurement advice ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Monitor and control costs during design and execution to ensure budget adherence.
• Conduct cost analysis for new, repair and maintenance works.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP and other disciplines to evaluate materials and cost scenarios.
• Perform risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage tendering, contractor selection and procurement to achieve best value.
• Review BOQs, contractor bills, variations and claims.
• Administer contracts, payments and reporting to ensure financial integrity.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Contracts Management (certifications preferred).
• 4–6 years experience in contract management, cost control and quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract law and procurement practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
