Contracts Manager – Utility Scale Desalination Project

About the role

Airswift is seeking a UAE‑based Contracts Manager to lead contract administration for a utility‑scale seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) desalination plant in Dubai. The role starts immediately and runs for an eight‑month fixed‑term period, supporting the project through its final investment decision (FIDIC) phase.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all contract documentation, negotiations and compliance for the SWRO project.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Monitor contract milestones, change orders, and variations in line with FIDIC guidelines.
• Track certificate expirations and arrange required training and testing.
• Prepare regular contract performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SWRO, power or oil & gas plant construction.
• Proven track record in contracts management, specifically with FIDIC contracts.
• UAE residency and ability to start immediately.
• BEng or BSc degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
