Controls Gas Turbine Lead Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Controls Gas Turbine Lead Engineer to develop and implement advanced control solutions for gas turbine applications. The role is based in Dubai and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and apply advanced control technologies for gas turbine systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary design engineers to define control system requirements and equipment specifications.
• Write, test and validate turbine application code and related requirements.
• Lead software acceptance testing with customers and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support field engineering teams in resolving technical issues on site.
• Manage multiple projects, track milestones and deliverables, and ensure on‑time performance.
• Review and interpret customer specifications to guide development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Control systems engineering for gas turbines.
• Software development and testing for turbine applications.
• Project coordination and multi‑project management.
