Corporate Advisor Customer Service

About the role

Bestax Chartered Accountants is seeking a proactive Corporate Advisor to join its Customer Service team in Dubai. The role focuses on converting leads into new business by guiding clients through the entire company setup process in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Convert marketing leads into signed business contracts.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their business ideas and advise on company formation across UAE free zones.
• Explain Bestax’s service offerings and relevant local regulations.
• Research client business models and assess implications of different jurisdiction choices.
• Coordinate with internal teams, licensing authorities, and banks to ensure smooth setup and account opening.
• Prepare and present sales reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Attend networking events, manage partner relationships and provide insights to the marketing team.
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional services to enhance client value.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in business setup or consultancy.
• Proactive, confident, quick‑thinking with a proven track record of generating new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong document management skills.
• Integrity, dependability and strong work ethic.
