Corporate Associate – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Associate to join our growing Dubai office of a leading international law firm. The role involves working on a broad range of corporate transactions across the Middle East, supporting multinational clients and high‑growth businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
• Handle cross‑border transactions and general corporate advisory matters.
• Draft and review transaction documents, ensuring high‑quality legal output.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years post‑qualification experience at a recognised UK, US or international law firm.
• Strong experience in M&A and general corporate transactions.
• Excellent drafting abilities and client management skills.
• Motivation to work on high‑quality international matters within a collaborative environment.
