Corporate B2B Sales Executive – Dubai

About the role

Ciora Cafe is seeking a target‑driven Corporate B2B Sales Executive to expand its corporate partnerships and recurring office orders across Dubai. You will work in the field, building long‑term relationships with HR, procurement and facilities teams of companies in key business districts.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new B2B leads through active field prospecting and corporate visits.
• Build relationships with companies across DIP, JAFZA, Dubai South and other Dubai business districts.
• Pitch recurring corporate breakfast boxes, boardroom lunches, office pantry solutions and company event packages.
• Conduct product sampling and tasting drop‑offs to potential clients.
• Develop long‑term corporate accounts and recurring monthly business.
• Introduce Ciora Corporate Perk / Employee Discount partnerships to organisations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up until closure.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and operations team to ensure timely and professional fulfilment.
• Manage client relationships, repeat orders and payment collections.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of UAE B2B field sales experience, preferably in corporate food services, hospitality, bakery or F&B distribution.
• Existing corporate contacts in Dubai (advantage).
• Strong networking, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Professional written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car for daily client visits.
• Self‑motivated, organised and comfortable working with monthly sales targets.

What we offer

• Basic salary of AED 6,000 per month plus an uncapped commission structure.
• Potential total earnings ranging from AED 7,250 to AED 15,250+ per month based on performance.
• Full‑time permanent position with field‑sales focus in Dubai.
