Corporate Banking Associate

About the role

Bank of America is seeking a Corporate Banking Associate to join its MENA Corporate Banking team in Dubai. The role supports relationship management, product origination and execution for corporate clients across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist corporate banking professionals in relationship management, origination and execution across a range of products.
• Support the growth agenda by identifying, targeting and onboarding new MENA clients.
• Prepare pitch materials, including detailed corporate finance analysis.
• Help market and execute products such as bonds, loans, leases, FX, rates and treasury solutions.
• Coordinate client engagement globally across the full product suite.
• Collaborate with credit, risk, and investment banking partners on client coverage and origination.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build client and internal relationships.
• Self‑motivated, tenacious and able to work independently.
• Meticulous attention to detail and conscientious work ethic.
• Ambitious with a desire to succeed.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the MENA region and its clients is a plus.

Required skills

• Solid corporate finance and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of the corporate banking product set.
