Corporate Commercial Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Corporate Commercial Manager is a key member of Deliveroo for Work’s B2B team in the Middle East. You will own a portfolio of corporate clients, driving growth through acquisition, retention and upselling, with a primary focus on Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand a sales pipeline by identifying senior stakeholders across diverse industries in Abu Dhabi.
• Prospect using B2B lead‑generation databases, cold‑calling, email outreach and networking.
• Create tailored pitch decks and commercial quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Set up meetings with decision‑makers, review spend, and upsell or cross‑sell additional services.
• Achieve monthly KPIs for calls, meetings, activation rate and revenue.
• Track performance and pipeline using Salesforce, Google Sheets, Looker and AI tools.
• Support ad‑hoc activities such as trade events, marketing activations, data reporting and invoice follow‑up.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Minimum 3 years B2B commercial experience with a proven revenue‑growth record.
• Based in Abu Dhabi.
• Highly proficient with Salesforce and Google Sheets.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work autonomously.
• Quick learner, collaborative team player thriving in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
