Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

The Corporate Communications Manager will lead the creation and execution of integrated communication strategies that strengthen Apparel Group’s brand reputation and engage key stakeholders. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures consistent messaging across internal and external channels while supporting executive visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.
• Serve as primary media contact, build relationships with journalists and influencers, and produce press releases and media kits.
• Design and deliver internal communication programmes, including newsletters and intranet content, to boost employee engagement.
• Maintain and activate a comprehensive crisis communication plan.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with partners, community leaders, and industry associations.
• Monitor public perception and coordinate brand reputation initiatives with PR and social media teams.
• Oversee creation of high‑quality content for corporate websites, annual reports, and social platforms.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of communication professionals, fostering collaboration across functions.

Required profile

• 8‑10 + years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations or a related field.
• Proven ability to design and execute integrated communication strategies.
• Experience managing a communications team and working with senior executives.
• Strong track record in media relations, internal communications and crisis management.
• Excellent stakeholder‑engagement skills and a solid understanding of brand reputation management.
