Corporate Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team in Dubai on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role will provide comprehensive legal support on corporate and commercial matters for clients operating in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on company formation, incorporation, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, liquidation and dissolution across mainland and free‑zone jurisdictions.
• Prepare, review and amend corporate documents such as MOAs, Articles of Association, shareholders’ agreements, partnership agreements and corporate resolutions.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including joint‑venture, distribution, service, consultancy, NDA and agency agreements.
• Liaise with government, free‑zone and licensing authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and obtain necessary approvals.
• Conduct legal research, provide clear opinions and support corporate due‑diligence, identifying risks in transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum five years of corporate and commercial law experience within a UAE law firm or legal department.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Companies Law and related regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to communicate directly with clients in English and deliver practical, business‑oriented advice.
