Corporate Legal Counsel

About the role

The client, a reputable business advisory firm in the UAE, is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to manage day‑to‑day corporate and commercial legal matters. You will work closely with the founder, providing legal guidance across a range of contracts and corporate structures while gaining broad exposure to the UAE business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, consultancy agreements, NDAs, service agreements and other business documents.
• Handle company formation, corporate structuring, shareholder and partnership agreements, and corporate restructuring documentation.
• Identify contractual and legal risks and advise management on UAE corporate and commercial law.
• Liaise with external counsel, free‑zone authorities and government bodies as required.
• Develop and maintain the company’s legal templates and processes.

Required profile

• Law degree with relevant qualification and 2–4 years of corporate/commercial legal experience.
• Minimum 1 year of professional legal experience in the UAE, with solid understanding of UAE mainland and/or free‑zone company law.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation abilities, excellent English communication, and fluent Turkish language skills.
• Commercial mindset, ability to work independently and take ownership of matters.
