Corporate Services Specialist

About the role

The Corporate Services Specialist joins a leading consultancy that assists businesses with company registration and licensing in the UAE. Based on‑site in Dubai, you will guide clients through the entire setup process, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit documentation required for company formation, licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate directly with UAE government portals, free‑zone and mainland authorities to track application progress.
• Respond to client inquiries, explain procedures clearly and manage expectations throughout the registration journey.
• Monitor regulatory updates, identify opportunities for process improvement and support internal teams in resolving complex cases.
• Maintain accurate internal records, client files and documentation logs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate services, company formation, licensing and compliance within the UAE or comparable markets.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret regulations, spot inconsistencies and assess risks.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, with fluency in English; Arabic is an asset.
• Foundational finance knowledge to understand fee structures and basic corporate financial considerations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance or a related field is preferred.
