Corporate Tax Advisory Manager

About the role

PWC Middle East is seeking a high‑performing Manager to join its Corporate Tax team in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai or Abu Dhabi). The role will support senior managers and directors in delivering corporate tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including UAE and international corporate groups, sovereign entities and private businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of complex corporate tax engagements, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee corporate tax compliance and advisory projects, including corporate tax returns, group restructuring and business model optimisation.
• Prepare technical analyses, engagement deliverables and client communications ensuring accuracy and alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Centre on compliance matters and support dispute resolution and tax accounting services.
• Drive technical excellence, client relationship management, business development and people leadership within the evolving UAE tax landscape.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance, preferably within the UAE or similar jurisdictions.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing multidisciplinary engagement teams.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and the ability to develop long‑term relationships.
• Demonstrated business development acumen and a proactive approach to staying current with tax regulations.
