About the role

The Corporate Travel Consultant is responsible for managing and coordinating travel arrangements for business clients, ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies while delivering exceptional service. This role involves advising clients on travel options, handling bookings for flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, and resolving travel‑related issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Execute bookings, reservations, and ticketing for corporate travel clients with precision and accuracy.
• Provide expert advice on itineraries, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and optimizing for cost‑effectiveness.
• Utilize booking tools and suppliers to secure the best travel deals, contributing to profitability.
• Offer tailored support throughout the travel journey to enhance client experience.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with travel suppliers, negotiate rates, and ensure quality service delivery.
• Process daily sales closures, complete documentation in reservation systems, and facilitate payment collection.
• Stay current on industry trends and provide relevant travel recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in travel operations within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Sound knowledge of UAE/GCC and international travel segments.
• Proven track record managing corporate travel client accounts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel and Tourism, or a related field.
