Cost Controller Supervisor – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Cost Controller Supervisor will monitor and control food, beverage and operational costs for the Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, ensuring budget compliance and supporting profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control food, beverage and operational costs to ensure budget compliance.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock audits, inventory counts and variance analysis.
• Review purchases, receiving, transfers and store issues for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Analyze cost reports, identify waste reduction opportunities and improve profitability.
• Calculate and maintain food and beverage recipe costs and verify supplier invoices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar cost control role.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Working experience with Opera hotel system.
• Strong organizational skills and adherence to company policies.
