Cost Manager – Construction & Quantity Surveying

About the role

We are seeking a Cost Manager to join our Dubai team and support large‑scale real estate and urban development projects. The role combines cost planning, cost management and quantity surveying activities across all project phases, contributing to sustainable and future‑proof environments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare investment cost estimates, cost plans and detailed calculations using benchmarks, trade cost indicators and unit rates.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and analyses, including BIM‑based and manual measurements.
• Review, validate and challenge cost calculations, estimates and commercial submissions from contractors and consultants.
• Maintain project cost tracking – budgets, commitments, expenditures, change orders and construction progress.
• Develop model‑based cost forecasts, cash‑flow projections and portfolio cost outlooks throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead cost evaluations for change management, risk and opportunity assessments and support investment decisions.
• Drive value‑engineering and cost‑optimization initiatives to meet project cost targets while balancing quality and schedule.
