Costing Manager

About the role

The Costing Manager will be based in Dubai, working within a leading printing company that enjoys a strong regional reputation. Reporting to the CFO and collaborating closely with the senior leadership team, the role involves shaping costing strategies and presenting insights directly to the Board.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with the Standard Costing team.
• Undertake product costing, allocation and simulation exercises.
• Manage full inventory control across the manufacturing site.
• Conduct variance analysis, including purchase price variance and waste.
• Work with Accounts Payable on supplier set‑up and related processes.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate costing data.
• Present costing strategies and results to the Board.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a factory environment with hands‑on inventory and product costing.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to senior executives.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience presenting to boards or senior leadership.
