About the role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our sales team as a Counter Sales Advisor cum Coordinator. The role combines front‑line customer interaction with internal coordination to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our building‑materials customers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations, and process sales transactions efficiently.
• Maintain accurate payment records and manage the sales counter to create a welcoming environment.
• Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist in inventory management, monitor stock levels and trigger re‑ordering when needed.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote sales events and special offers.
• Stay updated on building‑materials trends and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales and coordination role with a proven track record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• High school diploma required; a college degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and business demands.
